KITCHEN EXHAUST HOOD L-SHAPE

Wall Type Hood one face of hood is placed along the wall. Filters are mounted at an angle and there is freedom of movement below the hood. Grease collected in the filters is led to a pan for drainage.

GREASE FILTERS

Construction of the baffles and frames are made of Aluminium / S.S. These filters can easily be adapted to any standard type of hood.

These must be installed at angle with the baffles in vertical direction.

The light weight of the grease filter makes them easy to remove and service.

The filters can easily be washed in soapy water. Because Aluminium / S.S. sheds grease rapidly, no expensive hazardous solvents .

CENTRIFUGAL EXHAUST FAN - BLOWER

The basic function of SISW Centrifugal kitchen exhaust fan is to pull the air from individual requirement in the kitchen and throw the polluted air in remote area without effecting the neighbour OR it may draw the same polluted air in the kitchen (short cycle) by make- up air system, it has been strictly designed to maintain local rules and regulation.

VOLUME CONTROL DAMPERS

The main and basic function of Volume Control Damper is to control the exhaust air quantity from individual Exhaust Hood as per requirement and balance the entire exhaust system to give maximum efficiency at individual requirement,

EXHAUST DUCTING

The basic function of exhaust ducting is to work as an air tight tunnel between exhaust hoods and exhaust fan dis- charge. It has to be properly designed to maintain required air quantity, static pressure and air velocity from the individual exhaust hoods and total system requirement. (Ducting to be designed differently for Exhaust and Make-Up Air system to keep negative pressure in the kitchen.
